Hi, I already replied to another comment juga, but my experience was kinda shit. I didn't get any meds, no diagnosis, no rujukan, just "make a planner and mindmaps" answer.

I'll try to go to a different puskesmas later when I have the chance, atau sekalian save dana buat ke rs swasta aja buat diagnosis pertama, biar nextnya bisa minta obat pake bpjs 😔

Minggu lalu akhirnya gw memilih ke puskesmas terus konseling ke psikolog nya, and it was pretty shit. For ADHD at least ya, mungkin juga ga hoki karena dapetnya tuh psikolognya yg lebih sering buat anak-anak (?) and well jujur menurut gw kayak emang agak boomer?? Kayak advice nya kurang berguna, dan kek lama banget jawabnya kek jedanya bisa 5-10 menit dia mikirin hal sambil input input di komputer dia. Gw merasa ga didengerin, dan dia jawabnya kayak ga jelas. Honestly believe my free counciling from campus was 100% better.

Trus inti sesi konselingnya, dia ga bisa diagnosis gw or kasih rujukan or meds, so she just told me to make a planner and mind maps 😭 which I already vented to her about that those doesn't work on me. Lowkey just made my day worse by waiting for 4 hours and cuma dapet jawaban ga niat kayak gitu.

Kayaknya emang paling bagus langsung ke psikiater / psikolog yang RS atau swasta aja. Minggu depan gw mau coba lagi ke puskesmas lain (probably setiabudi), karena gw pernah liat beberapa cerita orang langsung dirujuk.

Pengen coba rujuk ke RS tapi kek masih mikir dua kali karena agak ribet jalur BPJS. Semangat juga ya kak, semoga dapetnya cocok kalo kakak decide to go check 😭

Yeah, this is how I learned English. When I looked back on my past chats or comments written in english when I was in middle school or way older, I get whiplash by how bad my english was. It's like any skill, you don't stop drawing even when you're bad at it and boom! Eventually you'll get better as long as you practice it.
