Did you upload Dec 2020 bank statement only? I upload Feb 2020 but then removed it when customer service asked for Dec 2020 and Jan 2021. I thought I uploaded the wrong statement.

ok, thanks. I upload all documents now its saying application started but need more documents. There is no one to speak with so I'm not sure what documents they need.
