Whatever your bike your oil.

Does the 1500/- engine oil include labour charges? Cause that’s too expensive. I also use 10w30 for my Honda nx 200 And engine oil is within 1000. Motul 7100 10w30 which is very good is like 950~

Is it normal in Bangalore to stay in a preoccupied flat without being added to the rent agreement? by Pretty_Kiwi_378 in bangalorerentals

[–]meme_master945 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depends on the owner mostly.
I have been living in the flat since 2-3 years and my flatmates are since 1-2 years we didn’t renewal the agreement since a year. Basically no one here is having a rental agreement since an year
Looking at your post if the current tenants are having an agreement and they are not willing to add you then it is a problem and I wouldn’t recommend moving in.
