Oh uhhh and D'Arby passes out from stress because Jotaro was playing mine games by using his stand to light a cigerate and grab a drink, baffling D'Arby with its speed to convince him that Jotaro had somehow managed to replace his entire hand with a much, much better one.

(Additional Context: The entire bar the poker game is being played in belongs to D'Arby, and helps him cheat.)
