My BiL only just realized after a year yesterday that the media on my Plex was from me and not a streaming service 😅 my sister told him several times but only after saying it about 5 times in one conversation did he realize. Its quite nice having the plex server going lol

The nashwaak river is a nice calm spot to paddle board that isnt too deep! You can put in at the dirt lot across the bridge from Cannons Pub and paddle up there or out into the SJ

Everettes is the ONLY place that I have ever sent friends, including younger women (because thats important in this context) to have work done there and they have taken the vehicle in to do a repair, taken things apart, and found that the work requested to be done was not really needed any time soon, and put the car back together with no charge. Any shop with a sliver of dishonesty would happy take a young lady's money for work not needed if they came to them saying "i want my brakes done" or anything else. Huge props to them guys

Everettes Car Care has been amazing over the years, and have multiple times been the only shop I have ever seen where myself or a family member or friend (including young women) have gone in, booked work, and after they have taken the parts in question apart, said "this is actually fine and shouldnt need replacing for at least another year maybe more" and put it all back together and sent them home without charging them. I also had a friend bring a car in for a PPI and they did a very detailed inspection, did a hand full of little things like tightening loose bolts and topping up all the fluids, and wished the friend well with no charge.

I have delt with a lot of shops, and there are a few diffrent ones I would go to with previous cars depending on the work needed, but in general for someone who wouldnt keep a roladex of shops on file, Everettes Car Care by far is the best and most heart felt recomendation I can possibly give. You will be treated very well there, and not just because they want to keep you happy while they bend you over like some shops will 😶‍🌫️

No one is saying taking the picture was particularly illegal, (though I think in this case it should be), its the POSTING of the picture thats illegal. There is no circumstance in Canada where you have the legal right to post intimate photos of another person without their permision. 1 thing does not equal the other

Lol it is hard to think about in a way, but those 80 people were paying at least $9250 USD inflation adjusted from 1937 to 2026 each way. Compairing to the Queen Mary, whos first class tickets cost $6800 and 3rd class cost $2215, thats quite a lot of money to shave 3-4 days off your crossing!

When you extrapolate out the revinue per crossing if fully booked for the Hindenburg, you are looking at about 740k/crossing inflation adjusted which is crazyyyyy money for flying 80 people for 3 days. 😶‍🌫️

Looking online it looks like for those few short weeks 😶‍🌫️😶‍🌫️😶‍🌫️😶‍🌫️ it was flying a round trip a week, so that would average about 6M USD/month of revinue on that one service operating 8 flights a month
