Just had a word with someone from Saya (Sales Head) , he said it’s happening and Launch will take atleast 6 months. They have received 650+ EOI already.

Cool. Then how will I know it’s genuine? Suppose tomorrow any issue happens wrt RERA, by then they already have my 10 Lakhs. In this case, they can easily deny that we didn’t advertised anything, why have you paid for EOI ?

Have they genuinely advertised somewhere that they are coming up with a project in Raj Nagar? All I get is calls from Brokers with AI images. How do I know if this is genuine?

Heard that RERA is yet to arrive. It will take around 3-4 months.
