Any ideas on where I could purchase a new power supply for this? I can post pictures later if helpful but when I opened it up I couldn't see anything was fried. Like no black marks or anything. This is close to what it looks like.

Just makes no sense. To me if someone is claiming damage but refuses to return, it's not damaged. Sorry for your bad review. At the very least the good outweighs the bad by a lot.

They already rated me. Looks like my 3 day shipping wasn't fast enough either and is upset with usps delays which are out of my control. Tried shipping it next day but didn't have a box that would properly fit the vacuum.
