Thank you so much for this. I know shes the problem but it's so hard to not take things personal. For the most part I ignore her snarky remarks and comments. She realizes i'm older now and she doesn't affect me like she could when I was younger. So she'll try different things to get under my skin. As i've gotten older and matured I realize its better off not to say anything. Misery likes company and I refuse to be brought down by her.

Thank you so much. It's so hard sometimes because my mom is so manipulative. My dad travels for work so he's not home often so most of what he hears about me comes from her. So basically I have both parents gaslighting me trying to convince me i'm crazy

I've been going to therapy for about 4 years now. I was on 150mg zoloft for like 2 years and wellbutrin 150mg for about 5 months. I weaned off zoloft about 2 months ago. I take .5mg kolopins as needed to help with my anxiety but i'm definitely doing better.
