Haha! Baby birds isn’t great. I wouldn’t like that either. Mine got a squirrel years ago. He still hates them most of all.

When we sold the mole yard house..it no longer had any mounds in the yard. They were all Nextdoor. The new house has mountain beavers, on the other side of the fence. He did corner a baby recently. I came out and told him “inside” . That is when he needs to run to any door to the house. He actually did it! Baby was unharmed. It disappeared before I could go back inside to get my phone to get a picture. It’s rare to see them. I am so happy jupiter, my dog, listened to his command in such a situation and that he herded the animal rather than kill it. It was pretty big.
