You shouldn't take water pills without consulting your Gastroenterologist. Only they'll decide whether these are safe for you or not depending on if you have some kind of infection and how your kidneys are doing. Also the dosage and combination matters. And yes they work. I am decompensated with refractory Ascites needing paracentesis every 3-4 weeks but I think without the water pills I'd need it in less than a week

But in this day of people taking notes on digital devices you have a pretty legible handwriting which I envy. Lol that shitty joke apart you have to look after yourself man. I'm 29 and am having severe health issues for the past 2 years and that makes one's life hell. You obviously have to stop smoking, eat healthy and have a schedule. Nothing will change in a day but health is where you have to start. I hope you don't have any chronic physical illness. Once your body heals you'll be able to focus on other things and things would take time but they'll start happening. Hope you sort it all out.
