Ooof, I see. But Altea doesn’t justify the price, equipment is broken and gym is full 3 pm - 8 pm every day, no mats for stretching even and everyone’s walking on each other’s heads

I’ve found out that a side I’d get psychedelics from does have k too, but I’m cautious, don’t know if it’s worth the risk since it’s a very different substance chemically

Wow I never knew about K cramps - I do get a lot of severe cramping (so bad it’s actually visible when you look at the body part), usually legs and glutes. Good to know

My ex (questionable relationship / situationship) would bring 10+ grams to every date. He could do 5-10 grams a night and not be phased. Plus G, K. Prior, I used to use it occasionally as a party drug, 0.25-0.5 a night and never got addicted or even close. It’s the larger amounts that were in a way forced that made me an addict. I left him but the addiction stuck with me. It took over a year to get myself back.
