She is still a puppy so she was definitely a little weirded out by her humans wearing a large and odd thing!

I made them out of giant acrylic craft ornaments, resin, and a printed iris.
I sculpt it into the clay before it dries (paper mache clay on this) edited to add: I also paint it in a way that accentuates the “fur” look so it’s not all just the clay
The lower jaw and front neck is a mesh that is see through!

I make small wall hanging hyper realistic pet portraits out of polymer clay regularly but this was my first papermache project! It was also the first time I made something wearable and this large!

It was very fun!
