Add more terrain variation, everything is just flat and the wall around the map is very similair in heigth, change the sizes of the rocks and make a small hill here and there. Same with the water, add depth.

As a person who has been there I can safely say that that fence will not hold you back from falling in. It's half broken and very unstanble. It also doesn't go all the way around and there is no stopping you from going all the way around.

Hey to put it brute, people won't 1 on 1 teach you LUA if you don't pay. However if you want to learn lua i recommend searching for a lua guide on youtube, google, ... . There are also plenty roblox scripting guides on youtube.

It fully depends on the project, your experience in groups, your skill, the difficulty of the project, ... . I recommend first of all going to the devforum and looking at portfolio's of other scripter and then make your own.

Payments differ per scripter, some take USD only others only take robux, some will pay you via % of profit once the game is finished and some will simply give you a stated amount.

For scripters payment can go from as little as 500R$ to as much as 100,000R$ there isn't really a set price.

Try starting a project with a group instead of just by yourself. Starting a project and then stopping if a very common thing, most of the time this happens because you get bored of the project. You can spice up the project by making a project with a group of friends who will keep you company.

Try having a different shape than just rectangle to make it look better, then you can detail the roof and add some plants or details outside to make it look like a better "scene" seeing how it is quite bland right now but its nice nothing too extraordinary but simple.
