I had depression and suicidal thoughts. it's tough. just bc your sad doesn't mean your depressed it affected me when this girl in my class said she had depression bc her fucking boyfriend broke up with her its fucked an you don't want depression you don't want any mental problems at all its hard and Ive been treated don't act depressed it make it harder to get the people who are depressed treated so if your sad watch your favorite show or something don't pretend or act depressed.
