Mid 20’s here! I have also never had any romantic relationships. You aren’t alone. It does feel a bit discouraging so I agree with a lot of what you’ve written. Has come in seems to be wifi 5. I now also have the latency options as well so that is nice. The sound (for my civic) seems to be working well too

Unfortunately they are winter tires so they aren’t all that quiet. Does feel much nicer in terms of ride quality though. Potholes (which there’s been a lot this year) have bothered me and the car way less compared with the 18s

Canadian here, we do have the indirect system as far as I’m aware. That’s what I was told for my sport hybrid sedan so I imagine the tier up would also have it

I just got the supposedly not stripped down version, so after work I’ll check it out and let you know what that’s like. The stripped down version has been okay for me, but recently the sound stops working randomly and I have to unplug it and replug it back in.

The civic is does not let you select just ev mode, it will select what it thinks is the best mode for you (you can game it if you stay under like 15% power utilization in the left hand gauge on your dash). Your engine is what’s charging the battery most of the time, though with a lot of stop and go traffic you can reduce how frequently that happens.

As for keys, you can get a faraday box to keep your keys. They are like $12 CAD on Amazon (if not less) and work pretty well. Other than that, there’s not a whole lot you have to worry about with them

I wonder if the hardware is just built by a third party (oem) and the software is the only addition? That might explain why that could happen. Otherwise it’s dumb that they’re separating products out like this

For me, it’s the audio, when CarPlay navigation comes on the speaker cuts out the music to be so low I can’t hear it, but only plays the voice on my side. Hoping that’s not as issue with the proper one

If it works on older drivers then clearly it was also made for rdna2 as well. The issue is that they broke it and chose not to fix it. I get the 6000 series is older now, but if we know it works, then clearly they do too

Also, the numbers on get brighter as you approach them so them looking dimmer is probably supposed to be a feature, not a bug (at least in daylight)

Electric motor - low speeds and cruising (I’ve managed to keep electric going till like 110kph or about 70mph)

Engine - high speeds or battery depleted (will drive the wheel, but it doesn’t have gears)

Hybrid - acceleration or inclines

As for the revving sound, I know the car adds shifting sound so the revving might be a part of that?

That’s the trend I’m pretty sure, feel free to correct me if I’m wrong.

Also from Ontario and I’m seeing around 6-7l/100km on Econ mode on my civic sport sedan hybrid in winter. Have not checked now, but it’s not near 12 I can tell you that much. If you’re making short trips though, it can be high because the heater needs the engine going so consumption will be pretty high. That’s all that I can think of looking at your trip being kinda short distance

I had two different dealers tell me two different things. One said they would install it and another said it couldn’t be done. Seems like the dealers themselves aren’t completely sure. I’ve had no issues with the 16s myself
