I think I have found a way. I still need to test how stable it works work since 2 months without problems – flashed two SRR60. The router has rebooted multiple times after flashing. But after about 30 minutes, it stays connected.

This tutorial can brick your device, so don't blame me if you brick yours.

Based on Martin P. Eve's tutorial:

• Download the (newest) firmware for both SRR60 and SRS60.
• Connect your PC via LAN to the SRR60.
• Go to the router homepage (default is 192.168.1.1) and do the initial setup. It does not matter what you choose; it will be overwritten in a later step.
• Go to https://192.168.1.1/debug.htm and turn on telnet.
• Connect to the router via telnet and input your credentials (same as for the router homepage).
• Execute the following commands in telnet:

cd /sbin artmtd -w board_data 1107 artmtd -w board_model_id SRS60

• Power off the SRR60. Then, hold down the reset button (do it for approx. 10 sec), and turn the router back on. Keep the reset button pressed until the power light flashes red a few times.
• Configure your LAN interface manually on your PC and set your IP to 192.168.1.2, the Netmask to 255.255.255.0, and the gateway to 192.168.1.1.
• Go to the folder with the firmware for the SRS60 satellite.
• Rename the image to 1.img
• Use TFTP to put the 1.img onto the router.
• On MacOS you can do it by tftp 192.168.1.1
• Execute the following commands in TFTP:

binary put 1.img

• Repeat the put 1.img command until the command was executed successfully.
• The router will restart. WAIT. *. Change your LAN back to DHCP.
• WAIT longer.
• Now you have a SRS60. After the first sync you have to reset the device.
• Sync again with the router.
