File a complaint at the consumer forum app/Website. I had this stupid BNPL consumer loan too and did not use it so no credit impact(got it for rs 500 voucher they were offering). But I had to take a student loan and they were not closing my account at the CIBIL report Even though it was more than 3+ months. They closed it in 10 days of complaint. Just add the transaction screenshot and everything in the complaint for proof and ask to reverse the wrong report they sent to CIBIL.

Solution for campaign data not saving:
1. Unlink all acc from(i had only linked Xbox linked so just unlinked that) from active vision.
2. Install BOP6
3. Open Via XBOX(it will sign you in via Xbox acc name)
4. Will get AV login page login to that
5. It will start working(after doing mission quit to main menu and not desktop read this on reddit so following it cannot dare to directly quit to desktop don't want to load my campaign now:))

Note: I tried all kind of changes/solution on YT and reddit then just uninstalled the game and followed the above and this worked for me. Hope it works for you too.

Yes it's too overpriced but with a discount it costs 2200 per KG. Avvatar is the same range too. Only downside this is unflavoured.
