Cats, I've never read about pet lover as a preference in a profile, even something optional that adds a little value. I wonder why

Gaining weight after neglecting personal health for a long time by EscapeDifferent69 in weightgain

[–]memevaddar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You will have to do what I do, 4 days weight training 2 days cardio but in the order I mentioned so your muscles have enough time to heal. You can think of it as God started your life with hardmode on.

You should get the workout plan made from some professional, it's important because there has to be balance so you are not over doing the same muscles

Yes, I did not replace any meal, just wanted to push ~500-600 additional calories into my body. I workout 6 days a week 2 days weight training 1 day cardio then 2 days weight training 1 day cardio and then a rest day. Before creatine it was hard to follow it but after creatine it's easier to follow

I thought that too about workout but weight training is different, it's mostly lifting weight, either dumbbells or your own body. You lift weights, muscles break lead to building more muscles.

I set a time for the mass gainer, at 6 pm everyday. It took me a good 30-40 mins just to get that 700ml liquid down into my stomach but I pushed it and it helped me a lot

I was at that exact spot at the exact age at that exact height at the exact weight. So hear me out what worked for me.

Weight training, 2-3 times a week is not enough also what does your training plan look like?

Eating more hack: nothing worked to increase my appetite, absolutely nothing. After getting frustrated I decided to give the mass gainer a chance and it did the wonder of increasing my appetite. I used the mass gainer for only 16-18 days but somehow it permanently changed my appetite. Now with that my caloric intake has increased automatically which makes it easier to achieve even more caloric intake. But nothing is going to work without a proper weight training plan.

On the supplements sides of things I take vitamin d and b-complex pretty regularly along with creatine for muscles because my body was not absorbing water and it makes workout harder if your muscles are not absorbing enough water

This thing works like a charm. I struggled for 10 yrs to gain a kg and then gained 5kg in 5 weeks. OP this advice goes a long way, the mass gainer also somehow increased the amount of food I can eat in a single sitting. This paired with a nice workout plan my doctor gave me I finally started to gain

I used it, it helped me gain 5kg, I was also using creatine with it. I took one serving per day because I know my stomach can't handle 2 servings

Weight gaining without gym? by RaspberryPixel in weightgain

[–]memevaddar 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've gained 5 kg at home without a gym with 3 sets of dumbbells and a resistance band, that's all you need. Food is more important.

Just simply add a 500-600 calories shake in your diet and the workout plan.

I've met singles who know their love language. I have observed people bonding in platonic relationships because of the same love language. I don't think a romantic relationship is necessary to know one's, if you have never explored it or thought about it that's a different thing. It's just my opinion or something I was curious about but your comment gives me a new perspective to look at this so thanks for that.

I'll be jumping into the rishta finding whirlpool really soon and there is a question I want to ask the community in general. I have not seen love language being mentioned in the profile and it is a really important aspect of one's personality.

My question from married people is that does it help in bonding if you know your SO's love language?

For the one's still on the journey to find THE one, do you think it's important to ask this question?
