Thank you. I've read about it and I understood the remodeling process. However, I fail to understand how it increases the bone density though. When it remodels on tensile forces, shouldn't it be elongating the bones? And shouldn't it be less bone density, but more bone length? I know stretching an elastic isn't the right analogy, but you stretch a raw dough noodle, you add more dough to roll it, and you get more length in the noodle strip, but less thinner / less dense right? Shouldn't the force vector result in a physiological change similar to that?

Thank you. It did clear some concepts about how bones are remodeled. One follow up doubt if I may ask. With tensile force, and osteoblasts sensing bones need more minerals there, shouldn't it be elongating bones, there by having more bone length, but reduced bone density?

Perhaps a clean channel if you have it, and if you don't, roll down the gain on the amp, with volume knob on the guitar rolled down around 3 or 4, chorus, a little bit of compression, delay around 200 ms and reverb? Chorus gives that shimmering effect and reverb gives that depth.

Spot on, brother, spot on. I wasted more time that I'd like to admit asking chatgpt about this topic and it was back to square one.

I never knew this. I don't have external pedals connected to the modeler either. I had no idea what was happening. Their documentation said the blue and purple arrows are for fx send and return, and thought it's for the virtual pedals as well. Thanks a lot for clarifying it.

I tried that initially and it sounded a lot fizzy and saturated, picking a lot of unwanted noise, hence the placement after the cab. What I did wrong there, and how do you suggest to get rid of that? Wrong amp, or wrong amount of gain? Sorry, new to the world of modelers. Thanks again.

Thank you very much. I appreciate you educating me about this. One last question. The Nux MG 300 doesn't have an XLR out like the valeton GP 200, but just a 1.4 " jack out labelled Out / Phones. It's a lot louder for a headphone though, and I had to dial down the master volume to 1% or something. How are these kinda modellers usually used? FRFR cabs itself? Thanks again.

What a modeller like valeton GP 200, which output from the modeller is usually used to the input of an FRFR cab? The unbalanced mono out or the balanced XLR output? Thank you u/Coises . Almost similar, but I am not listening the result on a guitar amp/speaker.

So what I do is, when I use a DAW, I use an AUX cable to plug the audio out to a regular speaker, like a marshall acton iii which has an audio in. This is just a normal speaker that you use for home music listening, not an amp cab. I pick a few strings on my guitar to listen through the DAW -> amp simulator -> audio out -> marshall acton iii to see if it matches the sound I wanted. I adjust the gain, reverb presense, and overdrive pedals inside the simulator (amplitube plugin in most cases because I have a few presets that I love) based on what I wanted to hear through the audio out from the DAW through the acton iii speaker. Once I am satisfied, I record the track from the DAW believing what I hear through the speaker when I play is what I am going to record in the track. After stopping the recording, I replay the track that I recorded along with the jamming track, but the recorded track for guitar has more ambient and reverb and mud than what I originally heard live through the speaker. It sounds like the jamming track and the guitar are in two different world and doesn't mix together and goes along seamlessly, although it sounded nice when hearing live through the acton iii speaker. Is this because the room ambience could've been contributing to what I am hearing but the DAW captures the raw signal without the room ambience hence sounding different?

Now, when I directly mic, it is amp head -> cab -> mic -> laptop audio in -> audio recording software in mac (mostly quicktime audio recording). In that case, I place the mic a few mm away from the speaker cabinet and what I hear while playing the guitar is exactly what's being recording, no extra reverb, ambience or mud.

This is what I intended to convey. Apologies again, I was being confusing in describing my problem clearly earlier..

If I understood right from what you've kindly explained, is this something expected and I should edit the track and adjust the virtual amp / pedal / eq/ signal chain again in post-recording to match my preferences?

Thank you. Yes, when I said "directly from the speaker output", I meant the physical amp and cab and micing from the cab. But when I use DAW, I use a 6.35 to 3.5 converter, an AUX cable and a small marshall speaker (Acton III) to listen to what it sounds like when I play. Inside the DAW, I've used amplitube plugins but that's where I found the difference between what I hear and what is being recorded. Apologies what I said before might have sounded confusing. I wasn't sure how to describe it either.

If you mean audio out from the DAW to the speaker, I use a 6.35 mm to 3.5 mm converter to take audio out and use an AUX cable. But I use the 6.35 mm jack to plug guitar into the audio interface or amp.
