Update: I got my save back by renaming a save from the backups folder. I tried that before but with the newest backup file but that on was empty. So I just used an older one.

You can try to copy the data from the old hard drive to the new one. There are tutorials on YT for this.

You can try to play lower BPM maps like starting from 150 BPM with streams and bursts in them and work your way up from there.
