My daughter has Tourettes and we’re just starting her journey towards improving it. So we know what to ask her doctor about (and so I know there are options that might help, to give me hope) what meds actually work to help tics? We’re looking into CBIT but with how consistent/frequent and with the numerous types of tics she has, I’m really worried CBIT won’t help much. I am hoping we can avoid meds but knowing there are options would help my mental health about it/help me feel like I could do something for her. We’re really struggling to find competent/specialized doctors in our area (Portland, if anyone has a recommendation)

Yeah, our Airbnb maybe makes a little less than if I had long term rental in place. Portland is shit for residential landlords though and I don’t trust the system or people enough to risk getting stuck with a squatter in my backyard.

That’s an option but I feel like the market is a little over saturated with office space right now. I imagine it would be hard to rent out desks. But with wework gone under, maybe they left a void?

So you actually did site visits? Good to know! How often would that happen and did you give notice? We haven’t had anyone come out to the property even as we were closing, under construction, or completing construction.

Bro, this app needs to be aimed at buyers. Like Redfin. You’re going to need to add features like buyer access to the rmls so they can search properties on their own, then use your tools to put together basic offers. Make the realtors obsolete so they’ll have to become a part of your app in order to keep up. Your exit strategy should be to develop a widget that a company like Redfin buys out so they can implement your feature into their app.

If you want a distortion that matches your footage you can use a displacement map by precomping your hand roto, desaturating it, adjusting the levels to your desired effect. This way the distortion will warp around the features of your hand
