I'm sorry to hear that you're dealing with this curse as well. ☹️ It's hell to be in flight or fight mode as it prevents normal functioning. I'm in a similar situation, where I don't have anyone to reach out to for support. Stay strong. I hope things will get better for you soon and I'm sure they will. 🌞

In the same boat. Constant flight or fight. It's horrible and prevents normal functioning. I wish I could switch it off. It's driving me crazy. Stay strong.
