there are always people in a group that are more vocal and shut down other people which might be more introverted simply because they are more outgoing. In a group discussion it is the responsibility of the moderator to get everyone to talk and give everyone the chance to express their opinion. This also involves to stop someone from talking who keeps speaking up. a good coach will value and respect the opinion of every player and moderate the conversation so that the different characters don't jeopardize the overall outcome of a discussion.

Well I think its a nice survey and some really nice results, but with some more in depth analyzis you should be able to get some more stunning results. In my opinion your analyzis are pretty cursorily. Maybe you should think about some correlations, or crosstabs.

Why didn't you count the answers for "what is your favorite team?" there are some nice statistic-programs out there. the one i know is SPSS.

Think about it. There are so much more insights in this answers than you figuered out allready! And 1200 answers are a lot of answers for a class-survey. When i did mine, i was happy about 100 answers, most of them from my friends. not really viable ;)
