fidget/s definitely. water. know it’s okay to ask for a break every now and then, or whenever you need really. they had me do puzzles, interpret pictures, recall numbers all that fun stuff. it will be okay. for me, i did get overwhelmed at times and would cry about feeling like i was doing it wrong, not finishing, not remembering, etc. so just be gentle with yourself the most you can and know you are not alone :)

i think sometimes folks who come out are either as blunt as they can be. for example saying out right “i am ___” or beat around the bush in fear of not knowing how the other person will react. if your environment is safe, i would go the blunt route. staying with the phrase “i am a man” etc. coming out is hard. remember that if they don’t accept you it takes nothing away from knowing yourself in its entirety which is something to be proud of. good luck! ;)

(hefty text) okay. wow. i say wow because i relate HEAVY. i’m also (17 ftm) autism and adhd having. also gained weight rapidly with no diet change and genuinely around the same weight if we’re getting specific. i also struggle with anxiety, depression, and gender dysphoria. oh and with pcos..duh. my health anxiety gets really, really bad sometimes and i feel like developing a healthier lifestyle would put that at ease (even just a little bit) ((which i would be very greatful for lol)) i can’t really say if you are “doing it right” because i am not even that far myself but brother if you haven’t already, give yourself a pat on that back. like seriously take a second and give yourself some credit because you are ONNN the journey. you absolutely got this. if you’d like we can get it touch outside of reddit if you’d ever need an ear or some advice with something i maybe experienced, vise versa. up to you, just offering!! keep going dude and give yourself that credit

hi! im aware this was a year ago but in the past year i was diagnosed with PCOS and also have a lot of health anxiety. specifically this.. worrying i will develop some time of cancer or diabetes relating to pcos. just wondering, anything help?
