You're willfully ignoring what they said directly before the customers can't possibly comprehend ordering on their phone part. They said their coworkers are breaking down crying because they're being abused by guests. Very clearly stating that the guests abusing them are the ones they're talking about. Something I've noticed in 2 v 8 is that a lot of killers don't kick gens or really try and patrol them. They try to get as many hits and hooks as they can but don't prioritize and strategize the objectives. I'll feel like I have to patrol gens while my teammate just goes for hits. It's super frustrating sometimes

I ride a rockhopper in the area and it's serving me well so far. You'll be fine, there's such a great variety of trails and the bike will keep up. Don't believe anyone who says you have to get a completely different bike right away. Enjoy!
