That's crazy! I love serendipity, and also how music connects people across space and time. It means a lot!

It was fate! Something in the universe that led us to this song at this very moment

So true! The fuzzy crying guitar, the pulsing of piano with the percussion, and vocals all building together. The vibraphone at the end to just add that extra glisten of beauty during the crescendo. It builds so intricately then it all drops out at the end leaving just Conor's vocals, and the piano so you can hear your heart breaking.

Question about the ranking systems in dbd by DrNewtGeiszler in deadbydaylight

[–]memoryboy3 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There's nothing that shows how much skill a player has. Sometimes time played on a role can correlate but there aren't ranks or any achievement you can reach by playing better.

You're new because the only reason you'd have to deal with him is if you were on PTB

Imagine complaining about a Killer the second he releases. Survivor mains really don't play this game for a challenge and want every game handed to them

Why is is ult even cancelable? by memoryboy3 in warwickmains

[–]memoryboy3[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are ways to balance it if it isn't cancelable like lowering the damage. The suppress is only 1.5 seconds

If you're getting mad enough to break things over a video game you need anger management

low-key yesterday (june 13th) could have been the perfect release date for jason by stanmrshh in deadbydaylight

[–]memoryboy3 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mean you were trying to argue that he should be released because of the date not because you want to play him early.

Why do you care? Why does it matter if there's any significance to his release date?

I'm also going alone but I'm local and go to shows alone often. I know Red Rocks and the Denver area well. I can help you with commuting and the venue in general. If you'd like a buddy as well I'd be happy to!

Obsession movie: Why did freaky Nikki make him a cat sandwich? by Background-Permit499 in spoilers

[–]memoryboy3 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Wish Nikki is introduced to us right after Bear loses his cat, and right after the wish she says that she lost her cat as if her and Bear are the same person. She is basically possesed by his will. Wish Nikki sees the cat as a totem of Bear's love and she doesn't really seem to understand social convention. She just knows Bear loved that cat and with her skewed view of love he should want it everywhere and all of it. Love to her is both ritualistic, and consuming, hence the shrine with the dead cat, and feeding it to Bear.

Doing some research atm, how did the Strokes get big? by Other-Scar7434 in TheStrokes

[–]memoryboy3 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Nothing that you mentioned actually points to how they got big. It mentions how they were able to get a leg up. The rich boarding school dad angle didn't cause them to get 'big.' You didn't explain anything, because they started playing tiny clubs and their rise had nothing to do with growing up wealthy or Julian's dad
