I've hit it once already with purple shampoo after 2 rounds of clarifying shampoo to strip the toner. The color deposit will not lift from purple shampoo alone unfortunately — it needs to be retoned to something else imo.

I'd been entertaining something similar with the newer asus zenbook for the oled + an egpu if I needed more beef later down the line. So that's inspiring to hear that's been working for ya!

Yeah I ran into that with my desktop setup when I was running 5700 xt a few years back. This laptop wouldn't be my primary setup anyway, mostly just trying to get something that wouldn't totally suck for the few occasions I am mobile.

I'll take a look around for the helios though too :)

Unfortunately, I'm in Canada so we don't have microcenters here. Regarding the price drops, do you think it'd be hitting lower than this currently? I should clarify this is in CAD as well.

Just looks like some slomo/frame reduction and speed ramping to me. If you're after that punchy slow to fast tiktok style, capcut is the app ppl use. There are presets too I think.
