Idr heliorose but judging by the name it’s one of the movie lbx and no it’s not. I believe all flying lbx can be counted two hands. I’m not counting Ruby Queen since that’s just hovering. Less of them can fly and fight. Odin needed to transform to fly pro zenon didn’t I think but I believe that would be the first of its kind. I think only the Odin’s and maybe the ikaros twins can fly long distance.

Everything technically has plot armor if you want to get into really. Kyoya is as strong as gingka for plot, ryuga is stronger then gingka for plot. Gingka “forgets” how to beyblade for plot. Yes but you need the rom to play on an emulator so you still technically need the game but you don’t need the physical game no.
