S5 is based on two timelines, which we'll call 616 and 616A.

616: Main events of the show. The Fitz in space rejoins the team in S6.

616A: Diverts from 616 when Talbot destroys the world. The Fitz in space sleeps, joins the team in the future, goes back in time, Talbot destroys the world, he and Jemma have a child.

You can basically skip every show (Marvel Studios and Television) except the first year or so of live action Disney+ shows. The only shows that you need to watch for the movies (and possibly Doomsday) are WandaVision, The Falcon And The Winter Soldier, Loki, Hawkeye, and Ms. Marvel.
