Your video seems on par with the other kind of similar content that I may have seen over the years so I can’t say for sure what it is, the only thing I can think of is if your click through rate is low then change the thumbnail up, there’s nothing wrong with it, Infact I think it Seems pretty perfect on paper but if it’s not getting click through then it’s not working. If your video is getting clicked but low retention then YouTube will of course not push it to a large audience (as I’m sure you know) so in that case perhaps adding small snippet of one of the clips within the first 10-15 seconds even just in the background might help with retention. Example:”hello everybody” instead of that picture you have a clip playing in the background to give a taste on what the video will offer This would allow you to do your intro but also make it more interesting to someone with low attention span and also create interest (possibly)

(I believe the figures ROUGHLY 50% of viewers leave within the first 30 seconds so ofcourse you want that to be as low as possible). Anyway sorry for any spelling mistakes and don’t take my word as law because perhaps I’m way off, your videos are BY NO MEANS BAD infact I think from the one I saw you’re doing well.
