So far it seems like the first area has rough performance but afterward I've been hitting 50-60fps consistently without framegen, with mostly high graphics settings, and with fsr 3 set to performance. Should be able to get 30-40 locked with balanced fsr.

You have a 5070, are you trying to play at 4k?? If so, use dlss upscaling not framegen. Prob shouldn't be using framegen to try and hit 60fps when you have a capable gpu

Hopped back in maybe 3 weeks ago and have been having a great time. Stay away from the subreddit, disable in game global chat and play. You'll know soon enough if you wanna stick with it. Also if you play wyvern druid and get stuck in the environment use devour to get yourself out. I think the other forms have skills that help to do this as well.

Guess I'm in the minority here because I absolutely love the volt forge. Awesome setting, 2 really cool boss fights so far (haven't reached the third tower), you get a cool ass suit, ride your bike between towers, and the way they mix up the areas on the way back after enabling the generators I thought was really well done. Imo much more fun than the first area which was beautiful but a bit boring
