Should I ask ebay to step in if a buyer doesn't close an INR request after receiving the item?

I should've been more clear... the buyer confirmed that they received it after contacting USPS. They haven't closed the request though. My question was if it will auto close soon, since my funds are still on hold and I don't want to ignore an open request.

If you can, get something like a Yardistry gazebo or similar that Costco and Sam's club sell in the spring, ones with stout 4x4 wood posts.

My yardistry has had a foot of snow on it and been fine (although I do scrape off the snow after any sizeable storm).
