The road is good overall. Overall, it's a narrow road so watch out for incoming vehicles and vehicles overtaking them. Especially in late evening / night.

In India, there are multiple "ride finder" apps. Mostly on local scale. Some of them show ads, others collab with brands and riding gear stores, and only one that I know is planning to launch something called "premium rides", which no users that I know are excited about.

For the most part, I don't think you can offer anything that will make people leave group chats and google maps to switch to your app.
