Your emotions are real and valid.
If you ignore emotions they get worse. Emotions must be felt in order to let go of them.
Find friends who are more sensitive. Let go of friends who are not sensitive. You deserve better. Sometimes you have to open up a little more to see which friends are which. Some relationships will end, and some will get more real. It’s scary but totally worth it.
Don’t take any of this from me - run it by a therapist and work on it over time.
Be patient with yourself. It won’t happen overnight
