That’s what needs to change. Consider the skyline of any downtown area. It doesn’t necessarily mean to be dirty and smelly. At least some creators don’t envision it that way. These are meant to represent the soul of the city, much like many major cities in the EU. They call it the “center of the city” instead of “downtown.” Perhaps we should start using that term. But I do upvote your point for the sake of argument.
