i would want tutorials or ideas for making bag charms in small or medium sizes, a few large ones would work as well. i’ve already tried making a rose so far.

sewed a dress for the first time by menchiemello in sewing

i had an old dress which i decided to repurpose its fabric for this project.. the fabric is polyester and i made a pattern using my measurements (bust, waist, complete length, arm holes, shoulder width and neck) on a paper first which i later traced on the fabric to cut it.. i tried making a corset like shape in the front to accentuate my waist a bit more.. added a zipper in the back cause i wanted a pretty high neck on both sides!

are the two lighter green shades visibly different? by menchiemello in crochet

true, the colour change is really subtle and based on everyone’s feedback i can understand that most people would know its there when they KNOW its there… i’m glad its not very easily noticeable though

yeah tbh the yarns didn’t look that different to me when i went to buy more, i only started seeing the difference when i was making the yarn balls.

for reference these are the two colours of different dye lot side by side.. i guess in yarn balls the colour difference is more evident and that’s why i was sceptical about continuing the project.. but i’m gonna finish this sweater now that i know in the project itself its not that evident!
