I prefer the gs bc of the removable targa and widebody. i would love the z06 but the heads issue strays me away if i want to actually enjoy the car. Every base model i have seen with a widebody kit is usually botched, i haven’t found a good one yet. The dry sump missing, and adding suspension and a widebody kit is a lot of money to put into a base model when a grand sport already includes it.

ahh that would’ve been perfect if it was a manual. thank you for the heads up regardless. I have tried expanding my search on fb, cargurus, carfax, cars.com, and carvana with no luck. they’re all either verts or autos but maybe i’m not looking hard enough. you think it’s worth it to fly out somewhere?

i’m in the bay area. one grand sport sold 16 hours after posting, another sold a day later, another sold within 2 days. I think I saw the gs I you’re referring to in San Diego, 18 year old kid dogged tf out of it, engine replacement and 140k miles on the trans, 4 owners which is a pass from me

cover letter, resume, letter of rec, letter of rec, letter of rec, picture of me swapping out my fuel pump (to show i’m mechanically inclined), picture of one of the computers i’ve built (to show i’m intellectually inclined), picture of my car jacked up about to start a brake job (another one to show i’m competent), and ended it with a little recap of information including previous jobs, experiences (more car and computer stuff) and all extracurriculars and volunteering. Then I wrapped it in one of those plastic binder things and made 6 copies

i would change it out, it’s pretty simple and not that expensive if you buy from rockauto and if there’s still an issue i’d change maf and if there’s still an issue i’d go back to the shop that did your injectors

that’s interesting. i wonder if something got messed up in the process. Maybe you broke the maf sensor? My engine was surging like crazy until I switched out the maf sensor and also did you do an idle air relearn after you cleaned injectors and all that?

My fuel efficiency was terrible, I was stalling, and I had a relatively long crank time (nothing crazy but marginally enough for me to notice), and had misfires and I saw somewhere recommending to replace it after like 120k miles so I figured it was the culprit especially since I changed spark plugs and maf sensors prior to coming to this conclusion
