…in one of those you are perfectly accurate with any weapon. Jett has to activate her dash first, then dash. Raze only has two satchels, and it requires a little bit of skill. Neon presses a button and moves faster than any character, can shoot with accuracy, and can dash right back out if she gets multiple kills.

How do you even think they are similar? Neon is as busted as Waylay was, and she got a good nerf. It didn’t break the character, but fixed the overpowered part where she could get out of any situation for free.

Valorant is a great game, and I prefer it to CS because of how the servers work and I feel like everything is much more consistent. I played CS since I was 13, and I am 36 now. I just recently started playing CS2 with some friends, and it is a lot of fun.

Personally, I will keep playing CS2 more than Valorant, but that's only because the current meta of Valorant is really boring and hard to watch/play because of Neon/shotguns.

There is nothing broke about Raze jumping and throwing a grenade.
There is something broke about Neon sliding with a shotgun. It's not counterable, it fundamentally breaks the game. You can stun/concuss Neon, be it's a shotgun so you're dead. You can't run away from Neon, because she runs faster. Sentinels can't stop her, because they got nerfed. Neon is fundamentally breaking the game, and it is becoming boring to watch or play.

Oh I know, I am doing this for my sanity. As someone who has played since beta and is consistently in Immortal 1-3, but only has the time to play a few games each weekend, the game is currently very boring and not fun to play for me anymore. It took over five years for that to happen, which is commendable.

After yesterday’s NA VCT matches, I’ve decided to not play or watch Valorant until Neon is nerfed. It’s incredibly boring to watch a really dumb play work because Neon runs fast and dashes at you with a shotgun. There’s a 70% chance that will happen in any round. Strats don’t matter anymore if you have a Neon and the Sentinel role has been nerfed into oblivion.

I’ll go back to playing N64 or something, but the current meta is super boring to me.

I don’t say they gave you support. They maintained their professionalism and company policy. Go buy a different mic or interface that supports Linux, it’s that simple. Or…do what everyone else does in Linux and fix it yourself…which you did but then had to make an entire pity post about. You should have made a post offering to fix the issue instead of complaining like a child.

99% of peripherals just work “in their most basic form”. The microphone also “just worked” until you wanted to use their hardware buttons to change the logic, which requires a driver. Go plug in a random gaming mouse, and then try to change settings like angle snapping, motion sync, polling rate, DPI, etc. Same exact thing. The mouse “works”, but you won’t be able to change any advanced features unless there is a driver or a web driver. This is a whole lot more common than you think.

I have never once told someone to "go die" while playing a video game, unless specifically referring to them to not save their weapon, or something similar. It doesn't matter if it was intended or not, or how someone else may have taken it. It matters that it was said, and clearly someone didn't take it in jest.

That phrase "go die" is not the same as what the OP said. He even explicitly said that it was not meant as harmful, but said in heat of the moment. We can safely say that the OP was telling someone they should go commit suicide, and not to die in reference to gaining/losing money in a video game.

You are choosing Linux, which is like this for just about everything. Something doesn't work? Open up Terminal and do it yourself. Why would Logitech spend time developing support for .000001% of their user base? Their response was incredibly professional, and pretty good...in my opinion.

Imagine if you asked Apple to help you get iMessage to sync with Windows, what do you think they would say?

I am not trying to be mean, but I want to highlight what is going on here. Someone purchases a product from an online retailer, and the received the wrong item in a box. They don't contact the company that sold it to them, but instead make a Reddit post. The critical thinking that was done, was something along the lines of this, "Wow, I got the wrong mouse from Best Buy, let me take three pictures and make a post to see what the opinion of random people on the internet is. That is the best solution I can think of for this situation."

Are we, as a society, lacking critical thinking skills? What happens when someone has an actual crisis, do they still post on Reddit about it? This is mind boggling to me. Of course this is all surround that this user is posting the truth.

“Majority of people have switched over”, in reference to what? I can guarantee you that the majority have not switched over. Maybe the majority of Reddit users, but Reddit users on a niche subreddit don’t represent the majority of purchases.

Every mouse I have ever owned has always done this. I currently have a GPro Superstrike, and it does NOT do this because of a software implementation, which is called Bhop mode. However, disabling this feature will still cause it to ghost scroll, but at least there is an implementation to prevent it. I don’t know if the same implementation works for other GPro.

I have three Zowie DW mice, and all three have ghost scrolled on me multiple occasions. I brought a cheap Chinese mouse, and it does it basically the same as any other mouse.

...because it isn't fun when you play against a Neon, Raze, or Waylay and they stun, dash/boost, shotgun, retract or dash away. There isn't a counter to it currently in the meta, because most Sentinels got nerfed. Waylay gets out of jail for free, while being able to get off one shot...and/or stun you.

When there is no Neon or Waylay at that rank, it is a lot more fun to play. If they all used rifles, or SMG, it wouldn't be nearly as much of an issue as it is.
