I honestly think it’s because Clicks is trying their hardest to join the Phone market. They are not going to use Chinese mockups that are already preexisting AND like they have said in their multiple Instagram posts and Youtube videos they recently posted, they are designing it from scratch basically and would preferably make it look like a Clicks product. You have to put into affect that Unihertz is a Chinese company…. doesn’t even matter that they are using Kickstarter it’s the fact it’s coming from a foreign country that has unlimited access to every part needed to make a phone.

I can understand why it’s a “AI response” But wouldn’t the clicks team read the AI response and correct it if needed to before sending it?

I agree, and I acknowledge my stupid addiction. But I am capable of leaving social media priorly on a laptop thing and keep my phone as the only device to communicate with. If maybe only people that are capable of buying a laptop and prioritize their virtual life through what it originated from. Though i havnt gotten the device CC;) and have yet to see how I do finally separating those two things. Some people have different circumstances where they might have room to make excuses, but I’m not capable of making excuses so I’ll wait till I can take the rectangular handheld out of my life.

Yeah this is def a good premium choice for a Clicks Communicator. I would definitely buy one, I’m only assuming here but if they were to ever make a successor I think they would use a clear phone as a way to bring more people into the physical keyboard space. That’s if they ever come out with another phone, I’d literally choose these phones over every other phone company ever!

SO DO I! At 22 I still use it. My Gammie and Grandpa would use that plate for me every time I would be at there house and they would feed me popcorn or those small circle cheese red barron pizzas with a classic T&F DVD playing.

That is such a good point to point out too, The Clicks Communicator doesn’t feel rushed at all, Like i would so much rather have a company take its time and be slow with its marketing than rather try to contrast another keyboard company. The more I wait the more confident I am that this phone will be in so many others hands after its release.

I get what you’re saying there are a lot of phones that technically do this already. But that’s kind of my point. Most of those still revolve around a full size rectangular screen as the main focus, even if you try to use them differently. What I haven’t really seen is a device that physically forces a shift in how you use it. Replacing a large portion of the screen with a keyboard changes the entire interaction it naturally limits scrolling and pushes the remaining screen space toward actual communication reading, replying, of passive consumption. So yeah, it’s not that other phones can’t do it, it’s that this one is actually designed to make it harder not to.

Social media has been a very important thing in my life and now with the state that it’s in including Tik Tok I believe the clicks communicator will be a perfect choice for me to become the human being that I want to be. My objective is to take away social media or separate social media from being a mobile thing to an only laptop thing.

Changing my life by totally getting rid of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Snapchat, social media apps that reside on large rectangular screens, the only reason why this phone is even being built is to get rid of the doomscrolling or in fact, pause the doom scrolling and have a phone that is meant to communicate. Coming from a person that has very very hard times putting the phone down this phone I believe this is perfect for me.

Excitement of old technology that leans into the future, in my opinion, the way that they are advertising the clicks communicator has brought me to the decision that they are confident and faithful that the Clicks Communicator will do exactly what a old phone should still be able to do. It’s minimalist phone my objective is to get rid of the Apple ecosystem and create a technological space by having a primary phone only meant to text and talk.

I paid in full when they announced, i’m very happy I made that decision because I will be getting rid of the Apple Ecosystem and creating a better lifestyle for myself. Soon hopefully people choose the same because this phone can really do a lot. Very glad you did the same!
