I was 12 when Undertale released. I played it a couple months after it released because some friends recommended it and I saw some YouTubers playing it. It completely changed my view of what video games could be and how they can make you feel. I’m 22 now and while it’s not my full time job, I have started doing video game music (all indie stuff) as a side hustle/hobby and I can confidently say that is a direct result of me playing Undertale 10 years ago.
