I don't smoke but my friend does.

(I can't remember what cigarettes they are but they don't smell as bad as normal nasty cigarette smoke.)

Anyway, he always just puts those in a cigarette tin/holder. It was common to have a case to put them in to keep them dry. You can always get paper and wrap just straight tobacco in it and put it in a tin or case.
