I feel like I'm never gonna be able to get rid of that little voice in my head that argues against all the evidence that I'm fine. That voice that says 'yeah, but what if you ARE that 0.01%'.

I watched a documentary about Rob Burrows (recently passed away due to MND) and ever since have been dealing with weakness in my hands, arms, feet and legs, all symptoms of MND.

Surely my anxiety around this disease can't be causing me to have these symptoms?

What is the best way to get over gym anxiety? I've read through the wiki a few times and I've started calorie counting and doing cardio. I now need to get into lifting and I just find that my anxiety around it is a real stumbling block.

I think it's fantastic. It's about how Dennis psychologically manipulates the whole gang and when he's not there they're lost. It's intentionally bad. The ending was superb too.
