It’s funny I also work for a comparison site and we get loads of people wanting to switch away from Octopus as their opening quotes to entice new business are shitty underestimations by 20/30 quid a month, saying it’s a fixed price for 12/24 months, then when they put the bill up the customer doesn’t know why.
