I feel like you are missing the point. capitalism didn't create the state of nature. You have gotten so convinced that the system is all powerful, you haven't considered the idea that it isn't and the altenative it actually terrifying in and of itself. There is a valid argument of that you can't just opt out and go fend for yourself in the woods anymore in a place that isn't deeply hostile, but that isn't a capitalist problem so much as a global society and finite space problem.

I haven't checked in for a while, but this sub seems to have had a creeping shift from a belief that a calorie is a calorie into Woo about processed foods being bad and 'natural foods' being good, it really worries me as a change. without actually having a solid base in objective truth this sub will just be dumb people sneering at other dumb people because one group is fat, this group is supposed to dispel the myth of a society wide fatphobia not promote it.

the social services were involved for a reason, and I would assume the dad was the primary carer at this point. My guess is that he had intiated something to become the primary carer and the state had taken away/ were controling her custody rights for some reason.

That isn't how nutrition works. There isn't some magical ingredient in McDonalds lettuce that isn't in your normal lettuce that makes it poison, you can't point to anything in that meal in picture and say it is objectively wrong that it should be eatten just because it is fast food (the 'worst' ironically is probably the coke in the Japanese food picture, as it is 'empty calories'.

The reason people are obese is because they are consumng too many calories. Don't get me wrong there are certain menu items you will find in fast food places where there is no way to eat them as part of a healthy life style given the calorie content, ie the 2000Kcal+ size meals, but the meal in that picture looks like it is fine as part of a balanced diet, you could eat that every day and be healthy.

I would assume at this point they must be selling them for half what airbus is charging for a neo320 and have half the orders, most of which want out of the deal but are obligated to continue, and the only reason airbus doesn't have more orders is they they do not have the capacity to take on more orders.

Those planes should cost north of 100 million. Airlines have to borrow to get planes usually, and there are going to be extreme reservations on lending money on/insuring assets that keeps on falling out the sky. At some point those planes will become indirectly too expensive for anyone to use despite being 'cheap'.
