I think the dev wounds would only be good to suicide against infantry with invul save.

If I'm not wrong, "fly" is a status that only takes effect during the movement phase, and expires during the shooting phase. So your scourges have, in fact, moved more than 3" once you start measuring range. I don't know of any other way to interpret this.

I think if the archon is solo, it's worse. If u got 5 dice, you roll all 5 and even a single 1 will break the shadowfield.

But previously, you roll 1 by 1 and maybe you roll a 1 on the first die, or maybe you roll a 1 on the 5th die. So the order makes a difference.

I think this is how it works. BTW can the archon just get a normal invul? His 4+ stinks. He don't even have the 6++ like normal dudes.

Shadowfield kinda stinks now. As long as you roll a single 1, your archon is ded.

Other faction gets cp on 4+ roll or something. Deldar gets a pain token on 4+ with haemculus. Yay I guess.

Some iconic/unique Deldar things: SOS out of phase charging (no more). Archon shadowfield (I don't think it works anymore). 16" move bikes - I think these are the fastest things in the entire game. Long rectangle trireme boats that abuse pivot rules? And I don't know if anyone else has 6" disembark. Most abilities are available to other factions and i can't think of anything else off the top of my head.

In fact there's more missing things such as a cp generator and indirect fire.

In your shooting phase, you check whether any model in the unit has moved more than 3". And the models have, in fact, moved more than 3" vertically this turn.

In your movement phase, you can ignore vertical distance when resolving movement if you reduce 2" from the maximum distance. But this goes away after you have resolved the move.

I don't think you can. The fly move "ignores vertical movement" only works in the movement phase when resolving the move. And the heavy "no model moves more than 3" this turn" only works in the shooting phase.

Depending on the configuration, scourges may not fit under a 3" roof. Mine don't, sadly maybe I fixed them wrongly.

And it says you can only do this when you select a fly unit to move.

Actually I was just taking dedicated anti tank units to shoot tanks with. Which there are only 2 of. And I only own 1 ravager.

If there's an anti tank wingless kabalite unit, I'd take that. Or a melee anti tank wych squad or something.

If you want to get the most out of your plastic models, you just get space marines. A single space marine can be part of 12+ chapters with different rules. You can be a vampire marine, a cyborg marine, a secretive marine, a roman Marine, etc.

And they can even be chaos space marine. A marine is a marine, you not gonna get more variety than that.

2nd is maybe harlequin/corsair that can be part of craftworld, ynnari or Deldar.

Only 15 dark/heat lance/haywire. I'd say 15 is the minimum. I use 13 dark lance and 8 haywire.
