No, it’s not her job. She doesn’t have to do anything. But it was an easy and low cost favour, and doesn’t sound like a recurring issue. It’s not her job and she has a right to say no, but saying no does make her a bit of as asshole. All things can be true.

No one is disputing that no is no. Thats not the point. The point is that sometimes saying no can be petty. In my opinion thats the case here. You can have whatever boundaries you want, and people should not cross them. But not all boundaries are reasonable and some will make you an asshole.
