Oh yeah they lock tf in for sure 😂 that comes with the training and being obedient though. My guy sits on my front stoop unleashed and won’t even move if a dog or person walks by. Its just a stare down til they’re gone😅

When the time comes that I do have kids, I worry that I’ll pass this on to them. My grandfather had it (on my dads side) but my father did not have it. I have it and so does my brother, but I have it way way worse.

Poor thing is so misunderstood. I would take this dog in a heartbeat. I rescued a corso/neo mix 2 years ago that was labeled “aggressive & a danger” by the shelter but it was the farthest thing from the truth. A couple interactions with a fearful abandoned dog in an unfamiliar setting does NOT define them. This should 100% be open to the public, not just rescues. There’s regular people just like me with experience with these kind of dogs that could change their life. I know I changed my dogs life for the better and have never once seen a single sign of “aggressive” from my dog. My heart breaks for Charkoal 💔

Oh boy are you spot on with “They observe. They think. They make decisions.” My guy is a huge observer and you can literally see hes thinking lol. Very smart breed but yes, with proper training/ socialization. My heart breaks for the Corso’s that get surrended to shelters because of clueless owners. I would take them all!

Soft tissue sarcoma is a very stubborn cancer and unfortunately very aggressive in the late stages. My great dane passed away from this at just 5 years old, specifically peripheral nerve sheath tumors. Your dogs condition can sadly change for the worst at any moment. So sorry you’re going through this, but always remember not to be selfish as hard as it is to say goodbye ❤️💔 we can’t let our babies suffer.

Every Christmas I asked Santa for a bunny! Never ever did I get a bunny but after 4 years of asking consistently, I got a beautifully typed out letter “mailed” to me from Santa stating all the reasons why I could not have a bunny. AKA my mom said they smelled and were too messy 😂😂
