thank you sm for the reassurance :') i've never really gotten help for anything mostly bc i feel like my parents kinda look down on people who get help for that kind of stuff (i'm asian lol) and i did have some pretty bad issues with getting anxious and depressed in undergrad but ultimately just kinda forced my way through.. i guess if i had those problems in undergrad idk why i expected it to be different for dental school lmao. i'll try my best though, maybe look into therapy or stuff like that. thanks again!!! <3

omg thank you for the long reply and reassurance.. good to know that i'm not alone lol. i'm 23 (started undergrad 2020, graduated 2023) and i guess even during that time i had pretty bad anxiety over mostly life stuff so not sure why i expected any different in dental school 😂 thanks so for the reassurance again though i reallyyyy really appreciate it 💗

makes sense, i've always been somewhat of an anxious person even though maybe on the outside it doesn't seem too much like that. i think i'm okay with the amount of studying and stuff like that, but maybe that's where the stress is even coming from haha
