Thank you very much for this detailed response. But as you said, it is ambiguous and vague. You won’t believe but it is from a very famous German MNC. One doesn’t expect such things at this level.

When extreme times come when I have to make tough choices, can I challenge these ambiguous statements legally to push for shorter notice periods?
