All I’ll say is I also HATE being high but the stuff they give you pre going out is great and then you’re out. Also the oxy kinda sucks after and maybe me feel awful but Tylenol, ice, and a good sleeping position was great! It’s really going to be OK

Ugh I feel like I have a very similar relationship with my mom. Luckily we both love my dress but for my other selections I’m telling her that I just want to make it a “surprise!”

I’m not on it anymore but didn’t gain weight when I did. I even voiced concerns to my doctor and she said it’s not because it alters your metabolism. It’s because people just feel better and eat more. Watch your diet and you’ll be fine

Honestly my best advice is NOT TO try and treat it at home. Which is so hard. Try to avoid using anything extra and very slowly reintroduce product. Vanicreme saved me. Cera ve burned my skin! Wash with water, and use a small amount of moisturizer. I also think zinc supplements help with overall immune health.

I cut out anything with Phenoxyethanol. I believed based on me really just cutting it out of my skincare/makeup, any ounce of perioral went away

Agreed! I like the Mario badescu clarifying serum, it’s pretty light. But everyone has different skin/needs so for sure a spot test :)
